Exhibition Award 2007
The annual ITEA 2 Symposia include an exhibition enabling project teams to show their goals, achievements and results using posters and demonstrations on their own stands.
Most understandable
The Exhibition Award 2007 went to the project team that communicates the purpose, objectives, goals, and – if already possible – achievements and results of its project in the most understandable and vivid way at the ITEA 2 Symposium 2007 exhibition. The Exhibition Award is not about the most beautiful stand but concerns rather the clearest way a project is presented. So even a project with ‘only' one poster could win the Exhibition Award!
Projects were voted for by symposium visitors. They evaluated projects taking into account the following criteria:
- Are posters clear and understandable?
- Are demonstrations clear and convincing?
- Are presenters able to explain in a clear and understandable way what their project is about and what its business value is?
(Are they able to do this in just a couple of minutes? Is there a clear line in their story?)
Voting procedure
This year, Near Field Communication technology enabled symposium visitors to make their vote. Each visitor received a scorecard that was equipped with a voting tag that could be used to electronically vote.
Award ceremony
The Exhibition Award 2007 ceremony took place on Friday at 16:00. ITEA 2 Chairman Rudolf Haggenmüller presented
- the Bronze Award to the AGILE project team
- the Silver Award to the ANSO project team
- and the Gold Award to the NUADU project team
