Dipl.-Ing. Jürgen Deutrich was born in 1941 in Hamburg, Germany.
From 1961 till 1968 he studied Electronics and Radio-Frequency Technologies at the Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany.
He joined Robert Bosch GmbH in 1968, starting in the development of Colour Television of Blaupunkt (Subsidiary of Bosch), working afterwards in different Business Units of Bosch:
| • | Development of Car Radios in Germany, Malaysia and France, Managing Director for Avionic Systems, Navigation Systems and Components for Space Vehicles. |
| • | Managing Director for Multimedia Systems. |
| • | Vice President Corporate Research Communications (Multimedia Systems, Telecommunications, Navigation- and Driver Assistance- Systems, Software Technologies). |
Since June 2004 Jürgen Deutrich is Vice-Chairman of the Board of MEDEA+ / Applications.
