The project KLIMT represents the step "remove roadblocks" on “the road towards convergence” (as described in the ITEA Roadmap).

The project team addressed the need for greater intelligence in a distributed multimedia environment. It resulted with in the delivery of a multimedia content processing platform with a service-orientated architecture.
